Faulty or damaged items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. However, humans manufacture (and deliver) them, so very occasionally a product may develop a manufacturer’s fault or arrive damaged. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.

The sooner you contact us re a fault, the sooner we can resolve it. If you email us and attach a photo – we can get it sorted very quickly in most cases.

Change of mind returns

If you have ordered the wrong size, the wrong colour or a product you don’t actually need – that’s OK, life is busy! We will happily refund your product within 90 days of purchase.

Only unused items may be returned. They must reach us undamaged in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition at our offices in Auckland, New Zealand.

We cannot refund shipping on returns.

We can’t accept change of mind returns where the item has been used, sorry.

Sending an item back for exchange

You can return your products for an exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Missing orders

We can track your order if it has not arrived, please contact us. If you have not notified us within 1 month of your order date, we cannot offer any compensation or replacement stock.
